We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible;
If there is a shipping surcharge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged;
If the product is in stock it will ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Standard shipping is through UPS, FedEx or USPS standard ground and international shipping. We offer many upgrades to our standard shipping that you may choose at the time of checkout.
Pre-Orders:
You can order items on pre-order. If you are not willing to wait for the backordered product to be restocked and shipped do not place an order for a pre-ordered product. If you order a product that is out of stock you will be notified via email and you will have the option to log into your account and cancel the pre-ordered product or leave it in a pre-order status until it is shipped.
International Shipping
We offer USPS delivery which is much less expensive for international orders.
